Refund and Return Policy

The Posadina store refund and return policy applies only to products purchased directly through our official online store. To ensure your Posadina product is authentic and protected by our return policy, please make sure to purchase through our official website.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Each phone chain is carefully designed and crafted by our in-house team, and we perform rigorous quality checks before shipment. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Posadina website, you may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of order.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that if the return is due to reasons other than product quality (e.g., changing your mind), a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and the cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

● You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service team within 30 days of the order date. Please contact posadinaofficial@outlook.com.

● The product(s) must be in the same physical condition as when you received it (not physically damaged or altered).

● All original accessories, packaging, and documentation that came with the product must be returned.

● Returns requested after the 30-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Orders placed during the months of November and December can be returned up to January 31 of the following year (or 45 days from the purchase date, whichever is longer).

Shipping and handling fees, taxes, and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any shipping fees related to returns, and you assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Posadina.

If a product is returned without all original parts (including accessories or documentation), Posadina reserves the right to either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price, or the retail value of any missing items.

Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving the returned product.

180-Day Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the default warranty period for all Posadina products is 180 days from the date of delivery. During this period, we offer free repair for any manufacturer defects. To request a repair, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees to return the product for repair. Posadina will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to you. If the product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for free repair.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without proof of purchase

● Products that have been lost or stolen after delivery

● Products outside the warranty period

● Non-quality related issues (after 30 days from purchase)

● Free promotional products

● Repairs conducted by third parties

● Damage from external factors (e.g., accidents, water, extreme temperatures)

● Damage resulting from improper use of the product (e.g., drops, exposure to moisture or heat)
